Williams redoubles its efforts to ensure that its admissions policies and practices support the college's mission and goals.

While the college regularly reviews its admission practices to make certain they support its mission and goals, this summer Williams redoubled those efforts to ensure that its admission program continues to bolster commitments to access and diversity in legally-compliant ways.

To that end, President Maud S. Mandel, with the Board of Trustees, formed a working group of Trustees, administrative leaders and faculty to review, during the 2023-24 year, our admissions policies and practices. The group’s charge, roster and input form are available on their page of the Committees website.

The group’s work will help guide the Board’s consideration of how well those policies and practices support Williams’ mission and aspirations, described in the college’s strategic plan.
